Back home we fax and email documentation back and forth until we have every “t” crossed and “i” dotted, including a dated Bill of Sale for the container, a Certificate of Donation, a final Commercial Invoice to replace the Proforma Invoice, the Ocean Bill of Lading, and a final inventory list.
